Established in Beijing in 2003, Spearhead IMC Group was a listed company on Growth Enterprise Market (SEM) of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZE) in April 2010 with its stock exchange as 300071.

As a large digital integrated marketing group listed in A-share market of China, Spearhead IMC Group has been vigorously promoting the Big Data & Rich Content Strategy, actively creating a holistic marketing ecosystem, expanding overseas business and integrating the five business categories respectively of digital marketing, experiential marketing, content marketing, big data marketing, and PR and communication. 

With its well-reputed wholly-owned subsidiaries and its associated brands such as Think Branding IMC, D&S Media Group , Allyes Group, Shanghai Entertainment Culture Media, AdView, New 7 and Smaato, Spearhead IMC Group has made effective collaboration in the areas of business, customers and resources, utilized new technologies and new media to expand business and make upgrading and innovation, established resource platforms and commercialized schemes, and realized the overall upgrading of the integrated marketing system from being executive service-based to resource value-based.
